Summary: In The Loop is an operator-led agent studio for early-stage teams. It helps a founder or operator move from a messy repetitive workflow to a useful adopted AI system: diagnose the workflow, build the first version, deploy it, evaluate it, drive adoption, and sustain it.

Primary action: run the free AI Workflow Audit at /audit/. It can run in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or plain chat and returns an AI Workflow Audit Report. The audit may recommend not building yet.
